Obtained court order in December 2012 requiring purchaser to hold $886,000 from sale proceeds as security for Pinkham Busny LLP’s client. Case quickly settled on favorable terms.
- represented Burlington homeowner on claim of adverse possession and prevailed on claim involving 700 square feet of property after October 2012 jury trial in Middlesex Superior Court.
